- Safe storage of your motorhome
You will benefit from a premium discount if:
- Your motorhome is kept in a garage or a locked building when not being used
or
- Your motorhome is kept off the road and has a locked barrier or other device which prevents access (e.g. a locking post). - Alarms and immobilisers
If your motorhome is fitted with an approved alarm and/or immobiliser we allow a scale of motorhome insurance discounts which increase with the rating category of the system fitted. Simply contact us with details of your system to see how much you can save. Alternatively, we can advise you on the best type of system to fit. - Tracking devices
A stolen motorhome can usually be recovered very quickly by the police if a tracking device is fitted. A motorhome insurance discount of 30% is available if you have a Caravan Guard approved tracking device fitted to your motorhome.
