It’s a Family Affair
Keeping it in the family is key for Caravan Guard, which has recently announced several appointments to its top management team.
Ryan Wilby and Louise Wilby, son and daughter of owners Peter and Nora Wilby, have recently been appointed directors and join their sister Sally on the main board.
Laura Wilby, Ryan’s wife and Marketing Manager Craig Thompson are also appointed associated directors. Chris Nettleton, well known in the industry completes Caravan Guard’s top management team.
Peter and Nora have long enjoyed caravanning holidays and have continued to do so in their Swift Kontiki motorhome. Their greatest camping memory was touring the Great Ocean Road in Australia.
Keen surfer, Ryan & his wife Laura enjoy regular caravanning trips to Abersoch in their Knaus Sport and Fun touring caravan.
Managing Director Peter comments, “In line with our commitment to great customer care, we want to retain the personal touch of a family run company despite the continued growth of the company.”
It promises to be an exciting year for Caravan Guard with a move to bigger offices and the launch of an internet quote and buy facility. |
