Caravan Guard team raise over £6,000 in charity bike ride
A team of 13 brave bike riders from Caravan Guard have raised over £6,000 for various charities.
Our team took part in the challenging 70 mile Great Yorkshire Bike Ride, and whilst money is still trickling in from sponsors the grand total already stands at an impressive sum. Managing Director Peter Wilby has taken part in the event for the last 20 years,
“The Great Yorkshire Bike Ride is a fantastic event that raises money for some very worthwhile charities. It’s a genuinely tough undertaking and we were very pleased that everybody from the Caravan Guard team completed the challenge and helped to raise a really impressive amount. There’s still some sponsorship money trickling in so we might just make our initial target of £7k yet!”
