Motorhome owners Derrick and Ellie Hall of Cleethorpes were over the moon to scoop top prize as we made the draw for our 10th Birthday £10,000 giveaway at the start of December.

The pair have won £5000 of motorhome insurance, which should be ample to ensure 10 years of free insurance cover. They were selected from thousands of existing Caravan Guard customers and those who had obtained insurance quotes or entered competitions at shows and via magazines in 2005.

Derrick Hall commented, “We’re absolutely delighted to win this huge prize. The money we’ll save on our insurance for our motorhome will no doubt be put towards many extra holidays in our motorhome. As an existing customer, I’d already made my choice to insure with Caravan Guard, so I know what great cover and service I’ll be getting over the next ten years.”

We also dished out another 20 prizes in our 10th birthday draw celebrating their 10th year in business. Ten further motorhome and caravan owners were selected as winners of a Phantom Tracking device package – each worth £498 and ten others won a choice of magazine subscription to a leading motorhome or caravan magazine.

Although there’s no 10th birthday draw in 2006, we are set to announce some interesting changes to the Caravan Guard motorhome insurance policy which should mean extra cover and even lower prices for many owners.
