Rebecca has worked at Caravan Guard since February 2008.
Rebecca has recently completed an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service with the National Business College in Huddersfield and has also received her CII Certificate in Insurance.
"The best thing about working for Caravan Guard is that you feel appreciated. Everyone's really friendly and works as a team. I never thought I'd be working for a caravan insurance company but it's actually really interesting, I speak to loads of different people everyday and I've learnt so much about customer service since I've been here. Kerrie and the whole team have been really supportive to me during my NVQ."
The company recently moved in to a newly renovated £1m development on New Road in Halifax, further improving the working environment for their staff and giving the company space to continue to expand. Rebecca says that the working environment was one of the things that swung her decision to go for a job at Caravan Guard.
"I think it makes a big difference, a job's not just about what you have to do on a day to day basis, it's about the people you work with and where you work. When I came for an interview I really got on with everyone I met and then when I was shown around I just thought 'I want to work here!'"
