  1. Pete Fisher says:

Payload is far too small for 4 passengers. Assume 4 adults and driver included in running order weight, take 3x75kg that’s 225kg from the payload, 362kg and you are left with 137kg. Say a 10 litre tub of drinking water, another 10kg, 10 kg luggage for each person, 40kg, so now we are down to 97kg. For food, items like say a silver screen and all the other bits and bobs that inevitably get brought along and that will soon evaporate. Forget the idea of pushbikes, and the like and definitely no water in the tank for the possibility of wild camping.
I’m not sure that the dealers don’t have a duty to go through this sort of thing with buyers before purchase, even if the passengers include two children, who will insist on growing and getting heavier!

Hi Peter, a no-cost chassis upgrade is available and it’s worth noting that the motorhome is comprehensively equipped, so you’re less likely to eat into any payload by adding weighty extras. Although it is a four-berth, this model is probably more targeted at couples.
