I work away from home and live in my caravan .purchased a bailey cartegena. Love the van completeley. The level of finish is unbelievable. The comfort is second to none. Don’t want to get out of bed in the mornings

We have just ordered 2016 s3 Cartagena traded in our s1 Valencia which has more locker space than we could ever fill. New caravan being delivered 18th June. Yes there is less storage space but layout and spec of this van more than make up for it .we have cadac bbq and clean after use no smell once cleaned cannot wait to pick it up

  3. Lynn Ponting says:

Had the 2016 Cartagena 4 weeks. If you’re tall give it a miss. When island bed is pulled out it’s very difficult to get past to use the toilet. When in the toilet it’s so narrow you can’t close the door even when toilet is turned to the side one of your knees is squashed on to the door. So have to use it leaving the toilet door open – NOT GOOD (Something that you don’t think to do when viewing to buy is close the door and sit down) Not enough outside storage. What we thought was a side storage cupboard is actually your main under bed storage as the opposite side has the tank etc. (open the side locker and look under the front bed at the same time you will see. Why did they remove the front locker?) We are so disappointed we had a Bailey 624 before this and is was great. Needless to say it won’t be staying long.

  4. Rich says:

Thank you Liz, will be seeking a quote very soon.

  5. Rich says:

Pick our new one up on the 30th of this month, its only taken us 2 years to find one that has everything we want (well what my wife wants) so much excitement in the house hold.

  6. j cranston says:

All new Bailey’s have no nose storage so tell me where I can put the BBQ without it stinking the van out so not me!!

  7. Margaret Palmer says:

We love our Bailey Oaklahoma, can’t get enough of it. Only one fault, lack of work space. Only wish we had an island bed.

  8. Peter Tomlin says:

The bailey is very nice but it has everything our Elddis Affinity 554 has and a bit cheaper and a foot or so shorter, its new used it twice and we find the transverse bed very comfortable.

  9. John Cranston says:

Very poor no front locker – so smells from BBQ in van bad design

    • A Barton says:

Sorry don’t understand how the lack of the front locker should cause the BBQ smells in the van?? We LOVE our Cartegena!!

  10. Jennifer Light says:

love the Bailey Unicorn , i have only just had my first caravan a secound hand 2004 bailey pageant but one day hope to have the unicorn its an amazing Caravan

  11. Tony says:

Thanks for the review. We are looking for a change at the moment and as you say the Cartagena is the bench mark from which we can start

  12. Margaret Palmer says:

I’ve always liked the Bailey range,it is furnished well and they are finished off well and a lot of thought has gone into the design both inside and out.
