The champagne is on ice after we were shortlisted to win a trophy at a prestigious insurance industry awards ceremony.
We have been shortlisted for the Customer Care award at the British Insurance Awards and will now attend a glitzy bash at The Royal Albert Hall, London, on 5 th July when trophies are to be handed out on the night by ITN Newsreader Mark Austin.
The award recognises our efforts to make our call centre customer friendly, with highly trained staff, long opening hours and bespoke office systems – all of which have resulted in thousands of happy and satisfied customers.
We will be battling it out with top names in the insurance industry such as Royal and SunAlliance and AXA as we bid to walk away with a trophy.
