  1. James Ronksley says:

“Always use your caravan step on surfaces that are as level and with as little movement as possible. Tent or awning pegs can often be used to keep your step in the right place.”
Come on when are pitches level, most are sloping front to back and side to side and securing with pegs or using blocks or spaces is always fraught with danger as they will move with use.
When are step manufacturers going to make steps with easily adjustable legs so the steps can be easily levelled

Agreed the best step ever should have been number one on the list

  4. Jacqui says:

We used to have the milenco MGI plastic step and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with small dogs as one of ours somehow manage to get her foot caught in one of the holes in it and it took considerable and very stressful effort to free her. We swapped to a solid topped step immediately

  5. Chris says:

The best step of all is the big brother to the Milenco single step – its double step. The platform of each is as wide as the door, so if you step out carrying an armful of bedding say, you cant miss the step. That is, is super safe.

The ability to peg the steps is vital as you get them sliding on damp ground.
