Had it supplied with my caravan but got fed up with constant calls re battery voltage levels. As my van is in secure inside storage and I secure the van in other ways, I decided to not renew the expensive subscription. The tracker device is easily disconnected by professional thieves and requires the battery to be at least 12.4v. I now forgo the CC club discount for the alarm by removing the battery in the winter to avoid a 30 mile round trip to remove the battery and fully charge it. The discount for the actual tracker is also only 5%. Others love their trackers but to me the disadvantages were greater than the advantages.

Same sentiments as others. Would not want it back knowing it had been stolen and how it had been used by the people who’d stolen it
