COMPETITION NOW CLOSED – Thanks to everyone who entered.
There’s nothing like a shiny new accessory to kick-start the new caravanning, campervanning and motorhoming season. So, we’ve teamed up with camping specialists Outwell to give away one of their outdoor electric grills – perfect for an awning or if you want to keep cooking smells out of your van.
The new Outwell “kitchen electrics” range offers a variety of 230V solutions in preparing meals for couples, families and groups of friends. Designed for European and UK operation, all have been rigorously tested to conform to current safety standards.
Using a campsite’s electric hook-up, the Darby Grill is easy to use and ideal for barbecuing and frying without fat thanks to the flat and ribbed grill with its easy-clean non-stick coating. A drain channels excess fat into the drip tray and the detachable lid converts to a windshield.
It features an adjustable thermostat and includes a base with spice-holder. Plus, the electric cable is plenty long enough at 2.5 m.

I can almost smell the sausages cooking just looking at it .sitting out with a glass of wine while it cooks the tea would be fab!
I love to eat outdoors why do men nearly always do the cooking on barbecues.?
Great piece of equipment when using electric hook up.
Sounds great. I would love one of these…pass the sausages!
We’ve just changed our motor home and the new one has an external 13amp socket so this bbq would be great for us!
Sound like a great option for BBQ and does not require a gas connection.
this would be an ideal companion in our motorhome – I could make really good use of this brilliant Darby grill.
Always on the look out for something different as cannot get on with a gas barbeque try plenty of different ones
Sounds like a great item for us Caravaners
I tried to buy one of these or one very similar a few years ago but without luck so here’s hoping.
Good luck Ralph!
Seems like a brilliant product. Al fresco cooking without the hassle of charcoal, smelly fuels and so on.
