Part time position based on a minimum of 25 hours per week.
Our office is open 8am-8pm weekdays and 9am-4pm on Saturday and Sunday.
The role will comprise:
- Managing agreed park activity for both existing and new park business via a Gantt chart.
- Working with the Admin Team, Business Development Manager’s and the Contact Centre to co-ordinate the successful transfer of a block scheme arrangement; producing letters, mail-merges, reports etc.
- Providing administrative support to the BDM’s whilst they are in the field promoting Leisuredays.
- Accurately maintaining and updating multiple systems and records.
- Ensuring FCA Registration and approval for new and existing park accounts.
- Supporting the Head of Leisuredays Development with ad hoc tasks and projects.
Required skills and knowledge:
- Have a keen attention to detail with good grammar.
- Be able to accurately complete data entry.
- Have a positive can do attitude and an ability to work to deadlines.
- Be able to recommend solutions to problems.
- Be skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly word and excel.
- Be able to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks at once.
