Working as part of our busy IT department you will support our System Administrator in maintaining and developing our IT Systems. Our current IT department offers all aspects of support to our entire staff from 1st line support requests, through to the implementation of new technologies.

The role will comprise:
- Supporting our System Administrator in maintaining the health and performance of our infrastructure
- Operating 1st line support for our user base
- Triaging incoming support tickets
- Analysing, troubleshoot and facilitate the resolution of any issues
- Offering support using our knowledgebase
- Liaising with 3rd party support companies
- Reviewing our network monitors and logs to pre-empt issues and provide proactive support
- Setup of Users and Workstations
- Offering support on IT projects across the team
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous Experience working within IT departments
- Experience with the following technologies:
- Windows 10
- Office 2016 and above
- Windows Server 2016
- Relevant qualification(s) (Computer Science, CompTIA, MS Certification etc)
- Troubleshooting, analytical problem solving and decision making
- Diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage / prioritise workload
- Communication skills at both technical and layman level
- Strong desire to learn and develop
- Flexibility – Some out of hours work will be required periodically
