How can I cancel my policy?
Unless you’ve sold your motorhome, we don’t recommend you cancel your policy as a result of Coronavirus (COVID-19), even if you’ve had to change your plans and can’t use your motorhome or campervan for a while. Accidental damage when caravans are being used only makes up a small proportion of claims costs. Your motorhome insurance policy protects you against common risks, such as theft, fire, storm, flood, vandalism, and accidental damage, even when it’s not in use. In fact, our claims stats show that a massive 43 per cent of claim payouts were for when leisure vehicles were not in use.
