Motorhome insurance FAQs

How will a claim affect my insurance premium?

Your premium for the policy year at the time of the incident will not be affected.

Unfortunately it is possible you will see an increase in premium at renewal time, particularly if we have to reduce your no claims discount. The exact premium will be confirmed in your renewal invitation which is sent out 3-4 weeks before your current policy is due to expire.

If you have recently renewed your policy for the year ahead, we may need to adjust your renewal premium.

For motorhomes only: Even if you are not making a claim yourself, this could still happen if a third party is claiming against your insurance. In this instance, our Claims Liaison team will get in touch with you to explain the details.

Please remember to notify us if you are claiming as soon as possible to avoid premium miscalculations.
