Entry into our social media giveaways confirms acceptance by you of these Terms and Conditions and you agree to be bound by them.
By commenting on a Facebook or Instagram “Giveaway” post you will receive entry into a prize draw for a chance to win the advertised prize.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Facebook and Instagram “Giveaway” posts organised by Caravan Guard Limited.
Entrants must follow us, like the post, and tag friends on our post on Facebook or Instagram.
No cash alternatives will be offered.
The closing date is highlighted on the social media post.
The winner(s) will be chosen at random and notified by private message from our Facebook page or Instagram page.
Winners’ details (name and town or county) will be published on our social media channels and will be passed on to giveaway supplier to send out.
The legal basis we use for processing your Competition Data is to allow you to enter the prize draw (performance of a contract) and to meet our legal requirements applicable to administering prize draws. (legal obligation).
