Celebrating brilliant claims service and a £50 voucher winner
We love hearing from our customers, and it’s been great to see that hundreds of Caravan Guard claimants have rated our claims service as good or excellent after completing our recent claims satisfaction survey.
A huge thank you to everyone who’s taken the time to share feedback on how we handled their caravan, campervan, folding camper or motorhome insurance claim. Your comments help us understand what we’re doing well and where we can continue to improve.
Over the last 12 months, hundreds of claimants were invited to complete a short survey about their experience. As a thank you for their time, everyone who responded was entered into a prize draw.
Congratulations to caravanner Maurice Yates, who was randomly selected as our winner and has received £50 of Marks & Spencer vouchers.
Maurice, a Swift Challenger owner, made a claim after setting off from a caravan site and forgetting to wind up his corner steadies. An easy mistake that highlights the value of a simple pre-towing checklist!
The feedback we received was hugely positive. On average, claims survey respondents rated their overall claims experience nine out of 10*, with particularly high satisfaction scores for how easy it was to report a claim, the helpfulness of our staff, and their claim settlement.
