The Insurance Choice Awards is an annual campaign to find the most trusted insurance firms and partners, and 2022 was a record year for voting, with more than 60,000 consumers leaving reviews on the Smart Money People website to vote for their favourite insurance providers.
Thanks to the excellent feedback from our customers we were announced as winners of the Best Motorhome Insurance Provider award and the Customer Service Champion top-level award at a ceremony in London.
Here’s our team of insurance specialists with the two awards at the event.

About Smart Money People
The Insurance Choice Awards are run by Smart Money People, which offers a dedicated website for reviews on financial service products to help consumers better understand which companies are providing great customer service, in order to help financial decision making.
As part of the voting process, consumers tell them about a range of factors, including the customer experience, whether they’ve felt fairly treated, what they like or even what improvements they’d like to see.
Voters were also entered into a prize draw to win £1,000 and congratulations go to P West who was the lucky winner.

Been with caravan guard since 2008, luckily only one claim, but the dealings were swift and efficient,
ring and you speak to a person, who has patience and the time to go through any of your questions, and even suggest removing some items from the policy, if you do not need them, in short not just in place to collect your premium, but they give old fashioned good service, and good value, with a human touch.

I had an accident with my caravan earlier this year and Caravan guard were brilliant. Arranged pick up of the van and employed an excellent company to carry out the repair and then return it to me as good as new. Congratulations on your award.
