Hey Mike – live and let live. There is no harm in following up something you like, such as a book, with some real life action. Whatever the motive, these two must have seen many facets of France on their way down. Perhaps they are already well travelled in France, but in any case they would soon realise that ALL regions have something special to offer, as well as the one noted above.
    Happy travelling to you,too Mike.

What a sad couple of plonkers! What a waste of a holiday driving around following in the steps of that looser and his so called friends. Its amazing but but quite a few British people do the same, the local’s quite rightly think they are bonkers.
France is beautiful, so rich in history, has wonderful little towns and villiages but I suppose people can’t get away from the soap TV mentality.
And why would anyone want to read a book more than once. Get a life.

Ardeche in France looks inviting, would it be possible to send further details. I do like visiting place of interest.
