Sun Living celebrates 20 years with special edition motorhomes and campervan

Sun Living has marked its 20th anniversary with the launch of three special edition models designed to offer motorhome and campervan buyers even more value for money.

The Slovenian brand, which is the entry-level arm of Adria, has built a strong reputation for combining quality construction with affordable pricing. Manufactured on the same production lines as Adria motorhomes and campervans, Sun Living’s anniversary range introduces extra equipment, exclusive styling upgrades and a host of practical improvements as standard.

We got an exclusive invite to get a first look at their 20th Anniversary Edition line-up, which consists of two coachbuilt motorhomes, the C 70DL 20ED and S 75SL 20ED, plus the V65 GX 20ED campervan.

Simply great value

At the launch event, Sun Living described the new range as offering “simply great value, simply great design and simply easy to use and enjoy” and many of the upgrades focus on making life easier on the road.

All anniversary models come equipped with compressor fridges for efficient cooling, Truma diesel heating, a new digital control panel and the latest MACH Plus system, allowing owners to monitor and control key vehicle functions from their smartphone. Exclusive 20th Edition features include special graphics, new textiles, alloy wheels, and a rich pack of optional equipment.

The entire 2027 Sun Living range also benefits from several upgrades introduced by parent company Adria, including:

• Improved water management systems
• New framed windows
• Enhanced GRP underbody protection
• Full LED interior lighting
• Lithium leisure batteries

Other practical additions include upgraded garages, luggage securing points, a redesigned compact bathroom, and an electric wastewater drain valve that can be operated from inside the vehicle.

Three Sun Living 20th Edition models

The anniversary range includes two coachbuilt motorhomes based on the Ford Transit and a Fiat Ducato-based campervan. While we’ll be taking a closer look at the Sun Living campervan in a future review, here’s a quick overview of the range.

Sun Living V65 GX 20ED campervan

The V65 GX 20ED campervan is based on the Fiat Ducato and features one of Sun Living’s most popular layouts. Buyers can choose between a two-berth version with a drop down double bed at the back or a four-berth model with a TentTop.

New anniversary features include Artense Grey metallic paint, special 20ED external graphics, exclusive 20ED upholstery and Pico White cabinetry.

In the 20ED Van pack there’s also a list of 20 options included, such as a 9-inch multimedia system, reversing camera, awning, black alloy wheels, luggage organiser and a sliding door flyscreen.

Sun Living C 70DL 20ED motorhome

This compact coachbuilt motorhome offers a twin single bed layout and is designed for couples seeking a manageable-sized leisure vehicle. Built on a Ford Transit chassis, it combines a well-equipped lounge with a folding and movable dining table, kitchen and washroom with a host of anniversary upgrades. It’s 2.12m wide and 6.97m long.

Sun Living S 75SL 20ED motorhome

The larger S 75SL 20ED is aimed at families and couples wanting extra living space. It’s 7.42 m long and 2.3m wide. The four-berth layout features twin rear beds, a separate shower and washroom, large garage storage, a kitchen with a three burner hob and oven, and an electric drop-down double bed over the lounge.

Both of these 2027 special edition motorhomes have new Moondust Silver paintwork, Ford Transit automatic transmission, and 20ED graphics and upholstery as standard, as well as black alloy wheels, Pico White cupboards, and a panoramic roof window.

The rich pack of 20ED equipment includes an awning, reversing sensors, a mosquito net for the sliding door, two versatile storage organisers and a luggage securing net in the garage.

Pricing for the special edition models starts from £64,999 for the V65 GX campervan, with the coachbuilt models priced from £67,499.

With practical layouts, smart technology and generous equipment levels, the Sun Living 20th Anniversary Edition range is likely to appeal to buyers looking for a lot of motorhome for their money.
