Don’t be fooled by the comment not to use chocks on the Milenco Quattro 3’s. The shape of the arc is too small to cradle a van tyre and it will roll off.. I always use chocks set behind a wheel that’s set firmly on the ground.

    Useful article.

Wouldn’t be without levellers as more often than not pitches aren’t level lengthwise or across. Have used levelling ramps since first started motorhoming in 2005 now into my third motorhome. Started out with Fiamma levellers they lasted around 8 years then cracked up as result of pitching on hardcore and gravel pitches. Changed to Milenco Quattro 3, for me they give greater height and are more rugged especially as moved onto larger and heavier motorhome. Tip: Don’t reverse with power wheels onto levelling ramps always drive forward up them as have witnessed a number of disastrous consequences where reversing up the levellers has caused them to be thrust out like tiddlywinks or the vehicle has gone over the top and wedged between vehicle and wheel arch resulting damage to vehicle, also try and get someone to guide you onto the levellers, remembering forewarned is forearmed.

Really helpful and most timely as our old ramps are finally crumbling – thank you.
