We’re proud to have been a finalist at the 2015 UK Broker Awards last month and recognised as one of the Best Companies to Work for in Insurance Broking.
Although we didn’t come away as outright winners, we were delighted to be recognised as one of the UK’s best employers for our commitment to supporting and rewarding our staff – making sure you receive an excellent service from us.
Caravan Guard employs 120 staff who receive specialist training so they have the right skills and knowledge to support you when choosing your caravan, motorhome, folder camper, or trailer tent insurance.

Caravan Guard was shortlisted by a panel of judges following a rigorous assessment process made up of two key parts.
The first was a questionnaire completed by us about our benefits and policies. The second part, which had more weighting in the judging process, was an Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey. For this part Best companies group contacted our staff directly and asked them to answer questions about areas such as working environment, quality of training, role satisfaction and pay and benefits.
Caravan Guard achieved strong results across both stages of the assessment process to gain its nomination.
